CROSSFIT TEAM SERIES – ROUND 3 

Event 9 – 

20min AMRAP: 

  • Each team member completes:
    • 9 Burpee Box Jumps (20″ for all divisions)
    • 9 Squat Cleans (Rx = 47/70, Scaled = 34/52)
  • Then Each team member completes:
    • 12 Burpee Box Jumps
    • 12 Squat Cleans
  • Then 15 / 15
  • Then 18 / 18 etc…..


Event 10 – 

Max Chest to Bar Pull-ups 

  • Each team member will get 2 opportunities to complete a max set of Chest to Bar Pull-ups
  • Order will be Female 1 – Female 2 – Male 1 – Male 2
  • Max 60 seconds between sets to rest
  • Scaled = Max Rep Pull-ups (Chin over bar)

Event 11

For Time: 

  • 100 Double Unders each member (as a relay) (Scaled = Single Unders)
  • 100 Front Squats total (Rx = 34/52, Scaled = 25/34)
  • 100 Push Presses total
  • 75 Double Unders each member
  • 75 Front Squats total
  • 75 Push presses total
  • 50 Double Unders each member
  • 50 Front Squats total
  • 50 Push Presses total

Event 12

10min AMRAP (Men’s Pair)

  • 20 Snatches (Rx = 61, Scaled = 43)
  • 20 Snatches (Rx = 70, Scaled = 52.5)
  • 20 Snatches (Rx = 84, Scaled = 61)
  • 20 Snatches (Rx = 93, Scaled = 70)
  • 20 Snatches (Rx = 102.5, Scaled = 75)
  • Max Snatches (Rx = 112, Scaled = 84)

Then 10min AMRAP (Women’s Pair)

  • 20 Snatches (Rx = 43, Scaled = 30) 
  • 20 Snatches (Rx = 48, Scaled = 34)
  • 20 Snatches (Rx = 57, Scaled = 43) 
  • 20 Snatches (Rx = 61, Scaled = 48) 
  • 20 Snatches (Rx = 66, Scaled = 52.5) 
  • Max Snatches (Rx = 76, Scaled = 57)
