- Box Jump (20/24)
- Push Press (25/35)
- Row (Calories)
The clock will not stop as you move between exercises. So on the coaches call, move immediately to the next exercise.
Rest 1 Min between each round.
Score is total reps (calories for the rower) for the 3 rounds.
