3 Rounds of As Many Reps As Possible for one min at each station of:

  1. Wall Ball (7/9)
  2. Sumo DL High Pull (25/35)
  3. Box Jump (20/24)
  4. Push Press (25/35)
  5. Row (Calories)

The clock will not stop as you move between exercises. So on the coaches call, move immediately to the next exercise.

Rest 1 Min between each round.

Score is total reps (calories for the rower) for the 3 rounds.
