- 10 reps Deadlift (35/52.5)
- 15 Box Jumps (20″/24″)
This week we will just scale with weight/box height as required.
Same as last week guys, we will be pairing up to score / cheer each other on.
Don’t forget Saturday classes are now 7.30am and 8.30am.
