Get excited peeps, Week 2 of the Open is here and it’s a good one!

 

10min AMRAP

  • 5 reps Shoulder to Overhead (35/52.5)
  • 10 reps Deadlift (35/52.5)
  • 15 Box Jumps (20″/24″)

 

This week we will just scale with weight/box height as required.

Same as last week guys, we will be pairing up to score / cheer each other on.

Don’t forget Saturday classes are now 7.30am and 8.30am.
