Open WOD 12.3
18min AMRAP of:
- 15 Box Jumps (20″/24″)
- 12 Push Press (35/52.5)
- 9 Toes to Bar
- Box Jumps must be 2 feet jumps, stepping up is a no rep (or scaling option)
- Push Press component can use any Chest to Overhead movement, including Strict Press, Push Press, Push Jerk or Split Jerk but your feet must come back together before you bring the bar down.
