PTE Galagher & LCPL McDonald were serving together with the Special Operations Task Group in Afghanistan when they were tragically killed in a helicopter crash on 30 August, 2012. The Galagher & McDonald workout is named in their honour.

    • Good work Saskia but I do have bad news for you…… You owe us 50 burpees for a late cancel in a fully booked class at 7am on Saturday. The penalty is normally 20 per late cancel/no show except when the class is booked & hence by cancelling late on Friday night we had someone who missed out.

    • No stress, you can just do them in 25 blocks on your next 2 WOD’s. Don’t worry though you haven’t even got the most! 🙂
