  •  BXJ (20”/24”)

8 Rounds of tabata (20 sec work, 10 sec rest) of each exercise before moving on.

No rest between exercises. Score is lowest rep rd for each exercise

(ie. 10-11-14-5-10)

You can learn a lot about technique from the kids in your life.
