With the CrossFit Season just around the corner and the Open workouts soon to be released, today we give you the taste of what it’s all about.

Workout 12.3 is the 3rd Open workout from last year and it is a beauty.

Be sure to watch the video for the movement standards and see 2012 CrossFit Games Champ Annie Thorisdottir crush it to pieces. Her score of 14 Rds plus 15 BXJ was 5th best on the world.

  • 12 x Push Press (35/50)
  • 9 x Toes to Bar

* Strict Press, Push Jerk or Split Jerk are allowed but feet must come back together before bringing the bar down.
