30 min AMRAP

Alternate movements of the following:

  • 50 Air Squats
  • 40 Kettlebell Swings (16/24)
  • 30 Shoulder to Overhead (30/42.5)
  • 20 Burpees
  • 10 Strict Pull-Ups

Ideally each movement should take the person 1-2 mins allowing similar work/rest ratio.

Adjust load accordingly to ensure you can move through reps without too much rest.  KBS and S2O in 2-3 sets max.
