Partner Workout:

30 Min AMRAP

Alternate the work by doing 1 min of work then alternating though of:

  • 5 HSPU
  • 10 wall balls
  • 5 hang power cleans (45/65)
  • 10 Box Jump Overs (20”/24”)

So partner 1 works for 1 min, then partner 2 works for 1 min starting at where partner 1 finished.

 

Finisher: 5-4-3-2-1

  • Strict Pull-ups
  • Strict Ring dips

Untimed so rest as much as you need to go unbroken, with minimal assistance or max extra weight.
