Partner WOD 

In teams of 2, complete the following:

  • 100 Thrusters (30/42.5 – Taken off racks)
  • 100 Pull-ups
  • 100 Burpees
  • 1km Run (Must be run together)

All movements can be split up any way you like.

Ie. Can do 5 x 200m run, 20 thrusters then to 20 pull-ups etc…

Workload between partners can be split any way you like.

You will have 5 mins to talk strategy with your partner

High five to change the partner who is doing the work.

Note: You can thank Brett for the idea of 100 Thursters…..
