3 rounds of:

  • 250m Row
  • 10 KBS (24/32)
  • 10 Burpees
  • 10 KBS
  • 10 Burpees
  • 10 KBS
  • Row 250m

Rest exactly 12 mins between rounds. (Or as close as possible)

Each round, athletes expected to go flat out. 12 mins recovery should allow for this.

Score is time for each of the 3 rounds.
