  • 40 Kettlebell Swings (16/24)
  • 30 Wall Balls (7/9)
  • 20 Box Jumps (20?/24?)
  • 10 Toes to Bar

Partner A starts with 50 double-unders, Partner B then performs 40 kettlebell swings and so on.
