Attn: For the next 5 weeks as we do the Open Workouts (or modified versions of) on a Saturday, the class times will extend to one hour, so classes will be at 7.30am and 8.30am. We will also be breaking into pairs and doing the workout in 2 rounds, so that while one partner works out the other partner scores them and then we change over.

AMRAP in 17mins –

  • 40 Burpees
  • 30 Ground to Overhead (15/20)
  • 30 Burpees
  • 30 Ground to Overhead (22.5/35)
  • 20 Burpees
  • 30 Ground to Overhead (30/45)
  • 10 Burpees
  • AMRepsAP Ground to Overhead (40/55)

This demo video is the standards for the Open Workout 13.1 and while not everything will apply (as we will allow Clean & Jerk, rather than just snatch) it would be wise to watch it.
