- 45 seconds max Bench Press (Choose a weight you can handle for 8-10 unbroken reps)
- 45 seconds max HSPU, Push-ups or Dips
- 45 seconds max Pull-Ups (aiming for a max set)
- 1 min REST
2 rounds of:
- 5 x 30 sec on / 30 sec off max efforts on rower or bike
5 mins rest between rounds
Switch over with partner between efforts.
