  • Station 2 – Muscle-Up or Pull-up Technique Work

 

B. 3 x 3min AMRAP

  • 5 HSPU
  • 10 Russian KBS (24/32)
  • 12 Pull-ups*

*Scale up to Rx plus with 4 muscle ups per round for pull-ups. 1 muscle up = 3 reps.

Rest 2 minutes, repeat twice more.

Score total reps each AMRAP.
