  • Russian Twists (7/9)
  • Row (Reps = Calories)

1 min rest between each exercise.

Score is total reps for all 5 movments (Calories for rower).

    • Haha the comments about the spring collars, needing to pee right before the WOD and the band dismount all made me giggle!
      Oh and I won’t name anyone but the boys are not the only one to enjoy a visit from the vomit fairy……….
