In teams of two, alternate complete of:

  • 15 Calories of Rowing/Bike
  • 12 Deadlifts (47.5/70)
  • 9 Hang Power Cleans
  • 6 Shoulder to Overhead

 Scale weight so that you do not need to break up the movements.

(Ie if you can’t do 6 shoulder to overhead without putting down then reduce the weight)
