- 2 – Press (Dips, HSPU, HS hold)
- 3 – Core (T2B, Vsits, hollow holds, ring holds, l-sits)

- 100m Sprint
- 8 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
- 8 Alternating Pistols
- 8 HSPU
