- 12 Deadlifts (3/4 BW / BW)
- 21 Box Jumps (20?/24?)
Rest until relatively recovered, and then…
B. 3 rounds for quality:
- Single leg deadlift (KB) x 8 reps each side
- Barbell Glute Bridge x 6-8 reps
- Side Plank x 45 seconds – Left
- Side plank x 45 seconds – Right side
Approx. 5 mins per round.
