Partner WOD

In pairs complete:

  • 120 Wall Balls (7/9)
  • 120 Burpees
  • 120 KBS (16/24)
  • 120 Push-ups
  • 120 Double Unders

One partner working on getting the reps done in the gym while the other runs 200m with either your med ball or your kettlebell.

Tag your partner, hand over the Med Ball or Kettlebell and you continue on getting the reps done. If they’ve done 40, you start with the 41st rep etc.

You can do each movement in any order but the full 120 reps of one movement must be completed before you move onto the next.
