EMOM complete:

5 Pull-ups

10 Push-ups

15 Air Squats

Scale to ring rows if do not have Rx pull-ups.

Score is total full minutes completed.

Once out, you must complete 8 burpees EMOM until everyone is finished or at least to the 15min mark.

Out after 4 mins…. Then 6 burpees every minuter until 15 mins (11mins x 8 = 88 burpees)
