Complete 5 full rounds each of:

  • 10 Power Cleans (35/50)
  • 15 Shoulder to Overhead
  • 20 Alternating Reverse Lunges

25 min cap

 

Aim to scale weight so that can do each movement in 2 sets max. Ideally each movement unbroken.

2.5 mins per person per round to make cap.

Scale back reps to 5-10-15 if needed.
