- Station 1 – 300/400m Row
- Station 2 – 30 Wall Balls (7/9)
- Station 3 – 400 Meter Run
- Station 4 – 25 Toes to Bar
- Station 5 – 10 Renegade Rows (15/22.5)
Renegade Row = Push-Up, Row Left, Push-Up, Row Right = 1 rep
Score total rounds/stations completed and note any scaling for weight/standards/reps.
