A. Gymnastics Testing

  • Spend 10 mins finding 1RM Strict Pull-up, and 1RM Strict Ring Dip.

 

B. Max reps of: 

  • 5 mins Pull-ups

Rest 1 min

  • 5 mins max HSPU

Rest 1 min

  • 5 mins max T2B

Rest 1 min

  • 5 min max Ring dips

 

Choose a movement standard that you can retest in 4-6 weeks and make sure each rep is to correct standard (especially on dips) 

You want a score of 20+ for each movement.
