What do the baseline assessments entail? Can’t find it on the website.
In 11mins, run 800m then do 75 squats, then 50 sit-ups then 25 push-ups then in remaining time (if any) as many burpees as possible. Score is total reps done after the run.
Plus we will also be taking hip/waist measurements or you can take your own!
