    • Hi Rod – Tabata is always 8 Rounds of 20 sec work, 10 sec rest (so 4 mins total) No rest between exercises in this one, so you only have the 10 seconds rest at the end of the pull-ups to be sorted to start the push-ups. (Should take 16 mins total)
