10 mins playing around with options for scaling BMU – jumping/banded or Rx

 

Every 6 minutes, for 30 minutes (5 sets) for times:

  • 400 Meter Run
  • 10 Ground to Overhead (35/50)
  • 10 Burpees over bar
  • 5 Bar Muscle ups
