A. 18 min AMRAP

  • 100m Run (10 shuttles or 25 jumping jacks)
  • 9 Deadlifts (50/70)
  • 6 Hang Power Cleans (50/70)
  • 3 Shoulder to Overhead (50/70)

 

If using KB/DB/ then perform 9,6,3 each side each round.

If using plate the double all reps to 18-12-6

Aim to do the lifting work unbroken, so load accordingly.

 

Finisher:

  • 5 mins of flutter kicks (each time your break 5 push-ups)
