2= Pistols

3= Handstand Push Ups

4= Ring Dips

5= Toes to Bar

Rest 60 seconds between each

 

EMOM 15

1 = 10-15 KBS (24/32)

2 = 6 – 10 Burpee Box Jump Overs (20/24)

3 =  6-10 Toes to Bar
