30 min AMRAP
In teams of three, with only one teammate per station, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 30 minutes of:
- Station 1 – 10 Box Jumps (20”/24”) + 10 Pull-Ups
- Station 2 – 10 Cal Bike or Row + 5 Devils Press (15/22.5)
- Station 3 – 400m Run
Teammates can only rotate after the running partner returns. Pick up where they left off.
Record total reps per station.
Stations scored individually.
