In teams of two, partners alternate whole sets to complete 5 sets each (10 total) of:

  • 400 Meter Run
  • 20 Wall balls (7/9)
  • 10 Unbroken Deadlift (70/100)

Cap = 45 mins

Each set should be flat-out.
