- Even – 30-45 sec handstand hold
- Odd – 5 Strict Press (5 on each side if DB/KB)
B. For time:
50-40-30-20-10
- Shoulder to Overhead
- Weighted Step Ups
20 min cap
Barbell (Weight to allow for minimum sets of 10) or
Single arm DB/KB or Plate Shoulder to Overhead (If single arm then 50 total, so 25 each side) Even reps on each side suggested swap after 5 reps each side.
For step ups – hold weight in any manner & 50 total, so 25 each leg.
