Please Note: Schedule change will kick in next week with Monday & Tuesday night WOD’s changing to 5.15pm, 6pm and 6.45pm. Wednesday & Thursday will remain at 5.30pm and 6.15pm until further notice. Schedule change will be posted on the website later this week!
