  • 5 pause goblet squats
  • 10 alt Cossack squats
  • 20 jumping lunges

Gradually get heavier with the goblet squat.

2 sec pause at the bottom.

 

B. 30 min AMRAP

  • 5 wall walks
  • 20 Alt hang DB Snatch (15/22.5)
  • 15 knees to elbow
  • 20 cal rower or 15 cal bike or 400m run
