  5. Wow it seemed easy on the skipping but its damn hard to get those sit ups happening with such a stellar keg up front! Glad I made it… no point in going soft after day 1!

    • Good work to hang in there Jai – you’ve really impressed me the last few days with your ability to just get it done. Hopefully you and Pea are not too sore in the abs today!
