Partner WOD

20min AMRAP

While one partner runs 400m, the other partner to complete rounds of:

  • 10 Chest to Overhead (40/60)
  • 10 T2B
  • 10 Pistols (Alternating legs)

When one partner returns from the run, the other partner starts where they were up to.  (Ie. If they had done 7 pistols before change then Partner 2 does 3 pistols then onto C2O etc..)

Score is total rounds completed.
