A. Handstand Practice

7 Sets for practice:

5-10m handstand walk

Scaling:

  • – Partner Hold or PVC drill
  • – Kick-up + 2 steps
  • – Kick-up + 20s hold
  • – Wall walk & Hold

 *Perform a new set every 1:30

 

B. For time:

30-20-10

  • Double Unders
  • Alt. DB clean + split jerks (15/22.5)
  • Ab-mat sit-ups

12 min cap

 

Finisher: 5 x 30 sec on / 30 sec off
