Good work guys, though please remember to write your name & scores clearly, as otherwise I will guess and always underestimate.
It should always read your name (with last initial if you are the second person to join with that name – like Paul’s, Mel’s and Kate’s) then your score or time, followed in brackets with each of the scaling options you did. Scaling options should be in order of the movements in the workout and note that if you did the Rx option for some of the movements then you do not need to write that down. If there is no scaling option, we will assume you Rx’d the movement.

For example if the workout is –
    10min AMRAP of 200m run, 10 KBS (16/24), 10 Push ups and 10 Wall Balls (7/9)
and a female attendee did 3 Rds plus 2 Push-ups doing 16kg KBS, knee push-ups and 5kg Wall Ball they would write –
    Annie – 3 + 2 P/up (KPU, 5kg)

A male that did 4 rds plus 7 wall balls with 20kg KBS, normal push-ups and 9kg wall balls would write:
    Rich – 4 + 7WB (20kg)

    Cheers!
