A. Four sets for max reps

  • 45 seconds of Bench Press (Choose a weight you can handle for 8-10 unbroken reps)
    • Rest 15 seconds
  • 45 seconds of HSPU
    • Rest 15 seconds
  • 45 seconds of Strict Pull-Ups
    • Rest 75 seconds

 

B. 2 rounds of: 

5 x 30 sec on / 30 sec off max efforts on rower or bike

5 mins rest between rounds
