  • Power Cleans, Front Squat and Push Press

 

Then EMOM (Every minute on the minute) for 12 mins:

  • 2 x Power Cleans
  • 2 x Front Squat
  • 2 x Push Press

Pick a challenging weight and stick with it for the 12mins.
