Partner WOD

18min AMRAP of:

  • 6 x Deadlift (60/42.5)
  • 4 x Squat Clean
  • 2 x Push Jerk

Alternate rounds between partners (i.e You do one complete round, then your partner does etc).

Try to team up with someone who will do the same weight as you, otherwise we will allow partners to have 2 bars if required.
