CFQ Yoga Classes
After a positive response on the CFQ Members Facebook Group we will be trialing Yoga at CFQ.
We think Yoga is a perfect compliment for tired/stressed bodies that go hand in hand with CrossFit, so we are giving it a go.
We will be running 2 trial sessions – 6.30pm on Tuesday 11th Feb and 7pm on Wednesday 26th Feb.
Spaces will be limited to 15 per class. Book in like usual on MindBody.
Cost is $5 for those on unlimited membership & $10 for 10 pass members.
Please bring your cash and your own Yoga Mat.
If this goes well and we have a positive response, we will look at having Yoga on the schedule once a week alternating Tuesday/Wednesday sessions.
