    Putting things in perspective, mens Rx for our WOD is equal to the three plates at only one end of the bar Lucas is front squatting and he’s probably only doing a warmup.

    • Haha Tony, yeah he is a pretty strong dude. If my memory serves me correctly, he was the equal winner of the Clean & Jerk ladder event at this years games with a 355 Pounds (161kg).
