Every night at approx. 8pm the following day’s WOD (Workout of the Day) will be posted on the website.
It is up to you whether you look, however it is recommended that you do not “cherry pick” your workouts and let the WOD determine whether you attend or not.
Following each session, the scores posted on the whiteboard will be transferred to the website as a comment.
